The ruler Vlad Tepes lived in Romania in the 15 th century and he was famous for his ambition to stop corruption. The punishment he ordered for those who did not follow the rules was being slain and put on high spears in the center of the town. After so many centuries, the Romanians would still want him back to get the situation in control...
